Who sells Pro

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment, sales tax, invoices, renewals, cancellations and refunds, under the terms shown at checkout.

Using OpenWorthy

Your use of OpenWorthy, Free or Pro, is governed by the OpenWorthy software licence, which is also included with every download. These terms add what applies to buying Pro.

What you buy

• Pro, US$39 a year, renews automatically each year until you cancel. It covers every version of OpenWorthy whose version line began before the end of the year you paid for, including every later fix to those lines, for as long as you use them. The pricing page explains this with an example.
• Founder licence, US$99 once, sold during the beta only, until 30 days after version 1.0. It covers every version for the life of OpenWorthy — that is, for as long as we develop it — and then the promise below applies.
• Beta licences, given free to beta testers, cover Pro until the date shown in them.

Your licence is sent by email and is for you. The price you pay, and any tax, is shown at checkout.

Renewals and cancelling

Pro renews each year at the price shown when you bought it. If the price changes, you will be told by email before your next renewal, and can cancel before it. You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt; you keep everything you have already paid for.

Refunds

30-day money-back guarantee. No questions asked. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, contact us or Paddle within 30 days of a payment — a first purchase or a renewal — for a full refund.

Updates and support

We release fixes for the newest version line. Security fixes are also released for the previous line for twelve months after the newest line begins. Pro and founder licences include support by email, answered before other requests.

If OpenWorthy is discontinued

If we stop developing OpenWorthy, we will publish a final release in which every Pro feature is available without a licence, so nobody who paid is left without what they paid for.
